We are a small business partnership - It's just the two of us! We are excited about handcrafting bespoke industrial style pieces of furniture for customers homes. We are very passionate about what we do and we love creating something unique and sometimes quirky, which we hope will be apparent from the images, see For Sale and Portfolio
So who are we and how did this all start?
A few years ago we built our own loft conversion and also made industrial style furniture to suit. We then started making industrial pieces of furniture to sell at a pop-up shop and also at various shows and flea markets. We found that customers were interested in having bespoke furniture made for them to their own specification and requirements. So the business is threefold - we have items For Sale as well as offering a personal commission service making bespoke furniture for you. You can give us the details of what you would like, or we can come up with a creation with you. *We can arrange to meet with you at The Malt House Emporium, at your home, or we can discuss over the phone, social media, email... Once we have agreed your bespoke project, we will liaise closely with you during the process of making it. We can send you progress images and updates, giving you the opportunity to watch as your piece of furniture is expertly and carefully handcrafted. You can sit back and relax whilst we are busy making your stunning bespoke piece of furniture come alive, ready to complement your home!

We are extremely confident in the quality of workmanship which we deliver, having 20+ years experience in the engineering industry fabricating, designing and building projects. We are pleased to offer a customer satisfaction guarantee, so if you are not entirely satisfied with the end product there will be no commitment to purchase at the end for most of our projects. Our prices are extremely reasonable and competitive as we do not have large overhead expenses such as a shop or showroom as other businesses in the industry often have. We do not have staff, it's just the two of us and our workshop. Customer service is therefore very close and personal - we will discuss your needs with you and we will handcraft the piece of furniture for you. We will liaise with you throughout the progress and make sure you are completely satisfied with the end result.
Due to the design and industrial materials used the furniture is solid, hard-wearing and extremely long lasting - no low quality flat-packed furniture here! Also we do not mass produce any pieces of furniture, so you know you will be getting something original.
We live in Bristol and we have a trading bay at The Malt House Emporium near Tewkesbury so we regularly travel between these locations. We are happy to deliver furniture pieces locally and we can discuss courier/shipping costs to further destinations see Delivery information .
