We are a genuine small business. We aim to please and to impress our customers by exceeding expectations. We want customers to recommend us or come back for further commissions!

We are pleased to currently offer customers "satisfaction guarantee" on our bespoke commissions. This means that if you are not entirely satisfied with the end product there will be no commitment to buy it - so there is guaranteed customer satisfaction. A win-win for our customers! We are extremely confident that customers will love the items we make. We are not aware of any of our competitors offering such a great deal.

We require a small deposit (around 25%) before commencing your commission as a demonstration of commitment and to enable the material to be purchased, but this will be fully returned on completion if you do not wish to purchase your bespoke item at the end.

Those items which are purchased from our items "For Sale" are sold as seen, but again we want our customers to be entirely satisfied so please contact us if there are any issues.

If customers have any concerns or problems with any products please contact us directly as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve this in a manner to suit you - remember that we aim to please, things can usually be resolved by discussing a solution to suit you. So please let us know any issues straightaway.
